Every site we build is designed and developed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Mobile-first layouts, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, and screen-reader-friendly markup are build-time requirements — not afterthoughts.

Build packages start with a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the package price) collected at checkout; the remaining balance is due on launch. The deposit secures your project slot and covers the work that begins immediately — discovery, design, and setup — so it is not refundable once paid. Recurring plans (hosting and maintenance) are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with no exit fees, and every Launch Kit includes the first 3 months of Maintenance free. The Contractor Growth Plan carries a 12-month initial term and then continues month-to-month.

We use AI tools (primarily Anthropic's Claude, plus Cursor and ChatGPT for redundancy) to augment design and development work. AI is used for code assistance, copywriting drafts, research synthesis, and ideation. AI is never used to generate fake testimonials, fabricate metrics, or impersonate clients. All work is reviewed by a human (the studio founder) before delivery, and clients retain full ownership of all deliverables.

We disclose AI use because it materially affects how we deliver work — faster turnaround on builds and lower overhead. If you'd prefer a no-AI engagement, that's available on request and quoted separately.
