Plain prices. No surprises.
Build is one-time and priced low — AI makes production efficient and we pass it on. Hosting & management is a separate, optional monthly plan: only take it if you want us to run the site. Every price is fixed and published — never "starting at" or "call for quote." And leaving is always free.

Monthly billing. Cancel anytime from the customer portal. No long contracts, no exit fees, and your rate never rises while you stay a client — whatever you join at is your rate, locked. If you cancel either plan, you'll receive a free Launch Handoff and 30 days of transition hosting. For context: freelancer maintenance typically runs $95–$350/mo and agencies charge $200–$1,000/mo.
Questions, answered.
Does my Launch Kit include ongoing maintenance?
+
Only if you want it. Kits are the one-time build. If you add a hosting plan, your first 6 months of Maintenance are included ($570 value) — AWS hosting, SSL, weekly backups, security updates, and a quarterly micro-update — then it's $95/mo, cancel anytime. If you'd rather run the site yourself, take the free Launch Handoff instead; there's no requirement to be on a plan.
What's the difference between Essentials and the Maintenance Plan?
+
Essentials ($49/mo) is pure infrastructure: AWS hosting, SSL, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, and security patches, with 72-hour email support. The Maintenance Plan ($95/mo) is everything in Essentials plus real human care: monthly uptime and security checks, faster support (48-hour, 24-hour urgent), a quarterly micro-update, and a month-11 planning call. If you expect to want occasional changes and a person watching the site, Maintenance is the better deal; if you just want it up and safe, Essentials is the lowest honest price we can run it for.
How do change requests work?
+
If you're on the Maintenance Plan, you get one micro-update per quarter — up to about an hour of work (copy tweaks, image swaps, small adjustments). Need more, or a bigger change like a new page or section rework? Change Request — Small is $75 (~1hr) and Standard is $200 (~3hrs), both flat published prices. The Support Bundle prepays five Small requests for $300 — a 20% saving. No surprise hourly invoices, ever.
What does 'AWS hosting bundled in' actually cover?
+
Every site we build runs on AWS Amplify — a managed platform that wraps CloudFront (CDN), Route 53 (DNS), and ACM (SSL) into a single deploy pipeline. You don't need an AWS account, don't get AWS bills, and don't touch the console. Both plans include weekly backups and security patches; Maintenance adds monthly checks and the quarterly micro-update. If your project needs a database, it's scoped per-project and folded into the initial proposal.
Can I host the site myself?
+
Yes. The Launch Handoff gets you a complete export, a written setup guide (DNS, SSL, deployment), and credential handoff — and it's free, always, with any project or any cancellation. The trade-off, stated plainly: self-hosters aren't eligible for our hosting plans, because we can't reliably maintain infrastructure we don't control. Change requests are still available à la carte.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
+
You receive a free Launch Handoff with the full export and setup guide, plus 30 days of transition hosting so nothing goes down while you migrate. Backups are retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. No exit fees, no drama, no retention pitch.
Do you offer payment plans for Launch Kits?
+
Yes. Launch Kits are structured as 50% to begin and 50% on launch, which fits naturally with the checkout flow here. For custom arrangements on larger projects, use the onboarding form.
What if my project is bigger than a Launch Kit?
+
Projects needing e-commerce, custom integrations, or larger scope are quoted individually. Most fall in the $3,500–$6,000 range. Email hello@raikowskistudio.com or use the onboarding form and you'll get a proposal within 1–2 business days.
Who owns the logo, website, and files when we're done?
+
You do. Once a project is paid for, the site content, design assets, and source code are yours — that's written into our contract, not a courtesy. The Launch Handoff isn't an ownership fee; it's the packaging service (full export, setup guide, credentials) for taking the site elsewhere, and it's free, always. We never hold your work hostage.
Why are your prices so low — and will they go up?
+
Honestly, yes — these are founding-client rates. We're new to the Polk County market and building our portfolio, so our launch prices are deliberately low to earn our first clients, case studies, and reviews. As that proof accumulates, one-time build prices will rise. The reward for coming in early: if you start a monthly hosting or maintenance plan now, your rate is locked for life — even after our published prices go up. The build is also genuinely cheaper to produce than it used to be (AI-assisted production), and we pass that on regardless.
How do your prices compare to the market?
+
Published industry guides put a professionally built small business site at $2,000–$8,000, ongoing maintenance at $95–$350/mo from freelancers ($200–$1,000/mo from agencies), and local SEO retainers at $500–$2,000/mo. Our Pro Site is $500 in 5 business days (the build is one-time), hosting starts at $49/mo, and local SEO is $300/mo. The build is low because AI-assisted production makes it genuinely efficient and we pass that on — not because the work is thinner; the ongoing relationship is where we earn our keep.
