Raikowski Software Studio LLC (“the Studio,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company based in Bartow, Florida, sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who ask to receive them. The program is called Raikowski Studio Updates.

Messages may include:

• project updates, review links, and approval requests;
• appointment, consultation, and invoice reminders;
• notices about the website or hosting we manage for you;
• customer-care follow-ups and requests for feedback;
• website tips and occasional offers on our services.

You join by entering your mobile number on our project form and ticking a separate, unticked checkbox that reads:

“Yes, text me project updates, reminders, tips and occasional offers from Raikowski Software Studio at the number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

You can also ask us to add you in writing (for example, by email). Texting is optional: consent is not a condition of buying anything from us, and you can work with us entirely by phone and email instead.

Message frequency varies. During an active project you may get a few messages a week about that project; otherwise we send occasional reminders and, at most, a few tips or offers a month. Marketing messages are only sent between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.

We don’t charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one final message confirming you’ve been removed, and no more texts after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or email us and ask to be removed.

To join again later, tick the SMS box on our project form or ask us in writing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages (currently Twilio), and only so they can send them. We keep a record of when and how you opted in. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

We may update these SMS terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
