§Privacy Policy

Your data, plainly handled.

We collect the minimum we need to quote, build, and support your project — and this page explains all of it in plain English. No data selling, no fine-print surprises.

Effective date: July 5, 2026

01 · who-we-are

Who we are

Raikowski Software Studio LLC (“the Studio,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company based in Bartow, Florida. We design and build brands, websites, and business tools for small businesses, and we operate this website, raikowskistudio.com, along with a client portal for active clients.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our client portal, and the ways we communicate with you (email and phone). It does not apply to websites we build for clients — those are governed by each client’s own policies.

Questions or requests about your data: hello@raikowskistudio.com or (863) 656-3938.

02 · what-we-collect

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, start a project, or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name and details, the services you’re interested in, budget range, timeline, and anything you write in a project brief or message. If you create a client account, we also collect your login email and authentication credentials.

Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). Card numbers go directly to the processor — they are not stored on our systems. We keep records of what was purchased, invoice history, and payment status.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics (currently Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. Analytics relies on cookies and similar technologies. Our hosting infrastructure also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Phone calls. If you speak with us by phone, calls may be assisted by or handled with AI voice technology and may be recorded or transcribed to make sure we capture your project details accurately. Where a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

03 · how-we-use-it

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and prepare your quote;
  • plan, deliver, and support the services you purchase;
  • process payments, send invoices, and keep required business records;
  • send service communications — project updates, confirmations, and account notices;
  • improve this website and our services, using analytics in aggregate;
  • measure and improve our own advertising (see Cookies & analytics below);
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We only send marketing communications if you’ve agreed to hear from us, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Consent to be contacted is collected explicitly on our onboarding form before you submit it.

04 · sharing

When we share it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. We use reputable third-party providers to run our business — cloud hosting and databases, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement (currently Google), and call handling. They process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service. The specific providers may change as our tooling evolves; the categories will not expand without an update to this policy.
  • Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Studio or others.
  • Business transfer. If the Studio is ever merged, acquired, or sells its assets, client records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
05 · cookies

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies for two purposes: keeping you signed in to the client portal (essential), and analytics (Google Analytics 4), which helps us understand what content is useful so we can improve it.

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site works without analytics cookies;
  • use Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
  • enable “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Advertising. We advertise our own services using Google Ads, and our analytics is connected to it. That means the Google tags on this site are also used to measure ad performance (which ads lead to inquiries) and may be used by Google to show you our ads on other sites and services (remarketing). We do not run pixels from other ad platforms. To opt out of personalized ads, visit adssettings.google.com — and the cookie controls above apply here too.

06 · retention

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:

  • Inquiries and quotes — kept while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
  • Client records — kept for the duration of our engagement and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • Site backups after cancellation — retained for 30 days after a hosting plan is cancelled, then permanently deleted.
  • Analytics data — retained per our analytics provider’s standard retention settings, in aggregate form.
07 · security

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business: encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) across the site and portal, managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, payment handling that keeps card data off our systems entirely, and least-access practices for client data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we don’t claim otherwise. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), which sets a 30-day notification window.

08 · your-choices

Your choices & rights

You can, at any time:

  • Access or correct the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request deletion of your information (we may need to keep records required for tax, legal, or contractual reasons, and we’ll tell you if so);
  • Opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us;
  • Ask questions about anything in this policy.

Send any request to hello@raikowskistudio.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

09 · children

Children

Our services are for businesses and business owners. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 · changes

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be noted here. Your continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
